I am retired. Lisa was hosting a open house and was friendly. A couple days later I get a call from her, I tried to brush her off. But over about the next month she slowly kept contacting me through email, then a text message, then a call. I was thinking maybe I was being stocked! But she never came across as pushy, so slowly over the next four months she won my trust and started showing me condo's. I was approved for a loan I thought, but come to find out I wasn't, I wasn't even pre-approved. It turned out my pre-approved letter wasn't even that. The lender was hard to get ahold of. So she immediately called a VA Lender she knew and in 2 days I was approved. The very next day I made an offer on my Condo and after going back and forth, I was able to secure my new home. I was totally impressed with her professionalism and composure throughout the entire process.
